Currently our products (Positioning system to weld the car floor) are divided into:
- DL 40 suitable for all processes where rotation from 0 to 360 ° is required
- DL 40 S suitable for sandblasting, painting and particularly dusty environments
- DL 40 L suitable for washing and stripping with a very high pressure pump
- DL 50 suitable for heavy carpentry work up to a maximum capacity of 5000 kg
- DL 60 suitable for heavy carpentry work up to a maximum capacity of 6000 kg
- DL 80 suitable for heavy carpentry work up to a maximum capacity of 8000 kg
- DL 120 suitable for heavy carpentry work up to a maximum capacity of 12000 kg
The patented DL electromechanical positioning device with 4 driving rollers rotates on itself from 0 degrees to 360 degrees.
The vehicle on the positioner can be fixed in various ways on the bodywork or on the wheel discs.
Given its characteristics, in addition to the bodywork, it can also be used in other sectors: metalworking, painting, carpentry, sandblasting, etc.
